Job role:
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Perform reference checks as need
- Manage onboarding and new hire process
Working Mode:
Work from Home (Always – Part-time)
Time: 4 – 5 hrs daily ( flexible working hours)
Eligibility:
Any Graduate, freshers are also welcome
Skills required:
- Good Oral and written communication skills
- Good IT skills including operating knowledge of excel sheet
Note: Candidate needs to have a laptop/Computer and a Mobile
Salary:
6,000 per month (including incentive)
