Role Description
As an Application Counsellor(Fresher), you will join our team located in Delhi, India, as a full-time on-site employee. Your responsibilities will include: assisting in applying to undergraduate and postgraduate programs and providing students with up-to-date information about entrance exams, scholarships, and university rankings. You will also help students understand institutional policies, course offerings, and degree requirements. The successful candidate will also track student progress and continually review and perform quality control on student applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with online education platforms and applications
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
