Your Expertise:Are you passionate about technology Do you know how to solve challenging problems in elegant ways We’re looking for someone like that who is:able to look beyond the status quo and identify areas of constant change/improvementable to analyze applications thoroughly & come up with his own ideas to automate some of the process to make our life easierThis role, reporting to Quality Assurance Manager, will interact with QA Leads, Development Managers, Technical Leads and Business leads. This role is responsible for successful delivery of Change the Bank and Run the Bank testing engagements. Substantial experience with Quality Control methodology is required, specifically requirements/testing traceability, test planning, test execution, defect management, and project level reporting. Candidate must have a proven track record in a QA Lead role with excellent communication skills, and have solid knowledge of standard testing practices, tools and reporting. In addition, candidate must have experience in Wealth Management applications which includes Client facing, FA facing, and Mobile applications. 5+ years of experience of testing complex systems and business flowsfull understanding of SDLC, QA and Defect Lifecycleexperience with Test data identification & creationexposure to test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Quality Centre)automation experience using various tools like QTP, TestComplete, SeleniumStrong Java / VBScript programming experienceexperience in building automation frameworksWorking experience on various CI tools.assists/writes high level test strategies with input from the Dev Feature Lead and/or business and derives time estimatesleverage automated testing solutions within the team and projectsable to manage a small team of testers within local, onshore and nearshore locations (with aid of QA manager)manage relationships with development and business stakeholdersengage proactively with QA Manager regarding project statuses, resourcing, risksreporting to QA manager on a weekly basis by way of structured reports and informal meetings outlining achievements/issuesunderstand and respond appropriately to internal and external client needs
