Job Description
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Sourcing & screening resumes
- Performing phone interviews with candidates
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- End to End recruitment
Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Basic computer knowledge & hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows 7/10, MS Office
