Position Purpose
We are looking for Customer service executives having skills and experience to ensure that our company delivers the highest standards of service to customers. He/she should efficiently manage a large amount of information that is often sensitive or confidential. The aim of executive is to maximize customer satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities
• Analyse, Plan, Organize and complete the tasks to meet deadline and quality requirements.
• Conduct online research for tasks to acquire results and present them in a manner that meets the expectations of clients.
• Solid Python and JavaScript knowledge
• Familiarity with the Chrome DevTools and how to use each of its features
• Ability to work independently and juggle priorities to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Linux/UNIX, HTTP, HTML, and Networking
• Good understanding of website structure and composition
• Familiarity with techniques and tools for crawling, extracting and processing
• Familiarity with system monitoring/administration tools
• Familiarity with version control, open-source practices, and code review
• Complying with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly
• Viewing and verifying confidential or private customer/client information; protecting the information and identities of customers/client
• Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation

REMUNERATION: Rs.10,000/Per month as Stipend (3 months)
5 Days work week
