Main Purpose:
Reporting to IT Solution Architect, Workday Project Manager will be responsible for assessing, planning, executing and driving multiple Workday projects. Project Manager will lead a team of Workday SME’s and will have responsibility to report on project status – on timely manner – and take active role in risk management and issue resolution.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

Project Manager will lead a team of Workday SME’s and will have responsibility to report on project status – on timely manner – and take active role in risk management and issue resolution.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS Project Management. Workday experience is strongly appreciated
- Minimum 4 years of experience in leading HRIS team
- Experience in end-to-end HRIS project implementation. Consulting experience is a plus
- A high level of attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- A self-starter who identifies opportunities and potential problems — addressing them effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
- High business ethics and personal integrity (handling of confidential information)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
