We are instrumental in ensuring successful operation of global learning activities across the organization and improving efficiency and simplification through high-quality administrative support.
Job Purpose
The Learning Services Process Excellence and Governance Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing the Learning services Process Framework, which will enable the efficient and effective delivery of learning services to the organization. This role will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to governance and compliance policies and driving process excellence initiatives to continuously improve the Learning and Talent services.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
. Create and implement as needed the Learning Services Process Framework, which includes standard operating procedures, process maps, process flows, and process governance protocols.
. Drive process excellence initiatives to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of learning operations processes.
. Assess compliance with governance and compliance policies and provide guidance and support to collaborators on any compliance issues.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in learning operations processes, and lead initiatives to address those areas.
. Create and maintain critical metrics to measure the performance of learning services processes and provide regular reporting and analysis on critical metrics to key stakeholders.
. Lead the development and implementation of training programs for Learning and Talent Services team members to ensure adherence to the Learning Operations Process Framework and compliance policies.
. Lead the design and implementation of process automation solutions to improve process efficiency and reduce manual effort. Ensure that learning operations processes are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives, and that learning services are delivered in a timely, effective, and efficient manner.
. Keep tabs on industry trends and standard methodologies in learning operations process excellence and governance, and apply those insights to continuously improve the function.

Minimum Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
. Minimum Graduate in Business Administration, Learning and Development, or related field. Master’s preferred.
. 8+ years of experience in learning operations, process excellence, or related field.
. Experience in developing and implementing process frameworks and process governance protocols.
. Solid understanding of learning operations processes and standard methodologies.
. Experience in leading process improvement initiatives.
. Strong project management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
. Ability to build solid relationships with customers and vendors.
. Knowledge of compliance and governance policies related to learning operations.
Desirable requirement:
. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop and analyze critical metrics.
. Experience in process automation and system optimization.
