We are looking for a Candidate to join our team and ensure the creation of effective and engaging prompts for our AI-generated content solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop responses to RFP/RFQ primarily in the area of SaaS applications and IT Consulting Services
- Implementing positive marketing initiatives for our growing company
- Source procurement opportunities
- Lead the preparation and submission of winning proposals
- Work with team members to respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs), statement of qualifications (SOQs)
- Manage the proposal development process to ensure on-time delivery of compelling, compliant, and well-written proposals
- Design, develop and refine AI-generated text prompts for various applications
- Collaborate with content creators, product teams and data scientists to ensure prompt alignment with company goals and user needs
- Monitor and analyse prompt performance to identify areas for improvement
- Optimise AI prompt generation process to enhance overall system performance
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in programming languages, AI-related tools such as Chat GPT, and data analysis techniques
- Comprehensive understanding of natural language processing, machine learning and AI-generated content development
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant training and/or certifications in computer science, AI or a related field.
