We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support. You will create policies and procedures and oversee the customer service provided by the team.

Job Description:
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Creating policies and procedures.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
Desired Skills:
· Freshers / 0 to 1 years of experience;
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry
· Excellent written & verbal communication skills
· Candidate must have high energy level and good convincing skill;

Salary: ₹240,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
