Job Description

– Managing Foreign currency Exposure and payments, follow up with bank for export proceeds and payments in foreign currency, LC issuance and BG Issuance.- Daily Cash Management. Tracking and serving Import payment/interest/loan payments.- Managing Organizations bank relationships and liquidity on regular basis.- Ensuring compliance with consortium banks, RBI compliance, Income Tax act and all other compliances related to treasury activities.- Forecasting of medium and long- term funding and preparation of relevant forecasts.- Preparation of stock statement, ECB returns, ODI requests.- Ensuring accounting entries from treasury side and tracking BRS for FC accounts.- Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and SAP- Experience of treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cash flow and compliances- Tracking and controlling interest expenses and bank charges.- Strong Banking relationship management and customer service skillsEssentials Desired :- Understanding of accounting principles- Position description drafted, reviewed and approved byQUALIFICATIONSPlease Specify:- CA / Inter CA / ICWA / M.B.A (Finance)EXPERIENCEPlease Specify:- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience- Understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments- Only female candidate preferred,
