Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Computer Engineer to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates with a passion for technology, strong computer skills, and excellent communication abilities. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
· Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
· Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system.
· Collaborate with other members of the technical support team to escalate complex issues and find solutions.
· Assist in the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and documentation for common technical issues and solutions.
· Communicate effectively with customers & internal stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and build positive relationships.
· Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and web browsing.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to explain technical concepts and instructions to non-technical users in a clear and understandable manner.
· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with a logical approach to issue resolution.
· Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
· Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
