1. About 10-12 years end to end Experience in Automobiles/Auto Ancillary /Industrial background.
Key Responsibilities:

1 Continuous Improvement
a) TPM Implementation
Preparation of TPM Plan across the Plant – JH, PM, KK.
Define critical lines, machines for the scope of TPM
Conduct awareness Training, Workshops and hands on TPM tools practices at shop floor.
Implement Manager Model Machine concept across plant to promote TPM activity
Consult CFT Teams for key TPM tools – Loss Analysis, Tag Analysis, Breakdown Analysis to achieve SQPDCME results
Facilitation for execution of JH, PM, OEE and defect reduction improvements across lines and machines
Plan ad conduct migration and continuous improvement activity audits for improvements.
Plan and organise reviews with shop heads, OFI communication and follow up for execution
Conduct reward and recognition functions for Best machine Kaizens in plant
Participation in external events for cross learning and knowledge upgradation
Prepare TPM checklist for new machines and provide TPM related inputs to TS planning during procurement of new machines / new facility creation
Participate in Bye-off process and ensure new machine/equipment is fully compliant to TPM requirements
b) Kaizen Promotion and Suggestion Scheme
Prepare shop wise Kaizen Plan with timeline for breakdown reduction, OEE, MTTR, MTBF improvement etc.
Execution of Kaizen Event (TPM related) across plant – Team Formation, Kick-off Meeting, Idea generation, Idea implementation, Daily review and closing meeting.
Publish Daily Kaizen Report with Kaizen Newspaper, attendance and results achieved

Plan and organise Annual reward and recognition function for Suggestions Scheme and TPM promotion

Facilitate OEE data collection, analysis and improvement actions for uptime improvement, machine availability
Facilitate and handholding analysis of critical breakdown affecting availability using systematic tools and techniques such as MFNAR
