Job Description
- Position Purpose:To manage To work closelyPrincipalAccountabilities:You Will Be Responsible For:
- Handling corporates and other Institutional Clients
- Liaising with Mid and Large size treasuries/Institutional Clients.
- Responsible for developing, building, and managing existing/new relationships forimproving the market share
- Acquiring new set of clients in small, mid, and large segments to improve the overallAUM.
- They should have existing relationship with key corporates, family offices, anddistributors
- The incumbent should be well entrenched in the market and well-versed with thecompetition
- Should have 5-12 years of relevant experience in AMC or any other financialinstitution handling Institutional Clients.
- Must have relevant knowledge of Fixed Income & Equity Markets and should be ableto gauge the impact of government and RBI policies on markets and mutual fundproducts and advise the clients accordingly.
- Proactive, adaptable, and with strong communication & persuasion skills.
- Good commercial acumen
- Works on assignments of diverse scope and complexity where initiative andindependent judgement is required to formulate an appropriate course of actionwithin and outside the context of established policies and procedures
- Uses concepts and abilities and the Firms policies and procedures to solve a widerange of difficult problems in imaginative and practical waysLeadership
- May lead a small Team or act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
- Leads projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
- Explains difficult or sensitive information
- Works to build consensus
- May provide process and subject matter advice at more senior levels
- Candidate with relevant experience in AMC or any other financial institution handling
- corporates and other institutional clients in the location
- 5-12 years of experience
