Field Job And Back Office Work Both
To handle end to end Marine, Non-Marine (Property Claims)
At the micro level the role involves:
• Receive claim notification from Insurer
• Obtain relevant policy document
• Scrutinise the policy document and Understanding the circumstances of loss and extent of loss
• Visit the site immediately and conduct survey.(Sometime have to travel Outstation)
• Investigating the cause of loss and mal intention if any
• Communicate with various parties to progress the claim with scrutinizing of documents received and Report preparation
• Meetings with Clients Insurers
• Monitoring and addressing escalations on priority.
• Maintaining effective TATs for releasing of the Reports
• Resolve issues pertaining to settlement/Repudiation of the claims
• Maintaining updated claims register
Note: B Tech/Bcom. Freshers & Experience in Insurance will be preferred.
