We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager for North India to lead our sales team into new heights of success. As the Head of the Region, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy, expanding our market presence, and leading a high-performance sales team. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, forging strategic partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: – Devise and implement effective channel. sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Be responsible for Revenue Growth:
Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Analyze sales data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
Create Market Expansion:
Develop and expand the companys dealer network by identifying and creating partnerships with business partners in our chosen markets
Identify and negotiate partnerships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
Establish and nurture relationships with key industry players.
Customer Relationship Management:
Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maximize their potential.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Sales Process Optimization:
Streamline and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of at least 6-8 years in channel sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership role.
Work experience and strong understanding of the bath fittings and sanitary fixtures industry.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office & CRM systems
Willingness to travel extensively to develop the Company’s Channel Network
