Responsibilities: Client Relationship II Lead Generation II Sales
• Build strong relationships with the new and existing portfolio of Consultants/Vendors
• Manage customer service & ensure customer retention
• Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow up
Excellent English communication skills (Oral and Written).
Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis. Self-motivated and driven by targets,
Resilience, Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written,
The ability to influence and negotiate with others’ commercial awareness
IT skills, Numerical skills.

• Ensure customer satisfaction & completion of tasks as per deadline, including reporting to the development team on fixes needed and other feedback.
Position: Customer Sales Executive (IT Sales)
Experience: Freshers or Experienced.
Job Location: 1 Aerocity, 1013, Jarimari Road, Near Sakinaka Metro Station, Andheri East.
Office Time: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (Night Shift) – US Process, must be comfortable with US Shift Timings.
Saturday & Sunday Fixed off including all Bank Holidays.
Salary Upto 35K Max.
