About The Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Responding to direct messages (DMs) from customers and followers
- Monitoring advertisements running on social platforms and addressing customer inquiries related to them
- Ensuring social media hygiene by moderating and responding to comments on various platforms
- Promptly replying to DMs received through social media channels
- Collaborating with the team to conceptualize the brand’s social media calendar for Instagram pages
- Overseeing various influencer marketing initiatives
- Developing strategies for effective social media campaigns
Who Can Apply
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media channels
- Good understanding of Social Media KPIs and Analytics
- Great interpersonal, presentation & communication skills
Experience: Fresher or 6 months to 1 year
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
