Job Description

Interact with customers via calls to provide information in response to
enquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services, upsell
products and services, follow standard processes and procedures.
Redirect problems to appropriate resources. Handling queries and,catering services to customers on calls

Qualification/ Eligibility Criteria : Completed PUC
(12th)/Diploma/Undergraduates/BE /Btech below 70% and
Graduates from any stream are eligible to apply. Freshers &
candidates with prior relevant (BPO) and non-relevant (other
domain) experience are eligible to apply. Master Graduates
should have at least 1 year experience in BPO sector.

Flexible to work in rotational shifts and night shifts . 5 days
working, 2 days rotational off. Should have Aadhar,10th,12th
original certificate.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Walk-In

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
