Educational Qualification: 

  • ITI (Electrician)

Percentage of Marks: 

  • Aggregate 50%marks for SC/ST/PWD and 55% marks.

Age Limit:

  • The upper age limit is 30 Years as of the closing date of the advertisement.
  • * For the posts advertised for HP Projects/Offices, only domiciles of Himachal Pradesh state will be considered whereas for the posts advertised for UK/NMHEP Projects/Offices, only domiciles of Uttarakhand state will be considered. **Candidates who have been engaged in SJVN from HIMPESCO, UPNL on a contract basis will be allowed age relaxations to the extent of the period he/she worked in SJVN. However, the maximum age for engagement on Fixed tenure basis will be 55 years.

Fixed Remuneration (in Rs): 

  • Rs.38,000/-

SELECTION PROCESS: 

  • The selection process involves Computer Based Test and the provisionally shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
  • Minimum qualifying will be 40% for SC/ST/PWD and 50% for others.
  • Candidates shall be able to obtain information about their application status & other related information through candidate login at the SJVN Online Application System or through a registered email ID. 
  • The candidates will have to choose from the following test centers: Himachal Pradesh (Baddi/Bilaspur/Hamirpur/Kangra/Kullu/Mandi/Palampur/Shimla/ Solan) Uttarakhand – Dehradun.
PLACEMENT:

  • The engaged candidates can be placed anywhere in India or abroad, in any of the functions at projects/Stations or offices of SJVN.
