Sisco is Looking for Arch Project Manager Full Time

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Architectural Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong background in architectural project management, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients. As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining senior-level client contacts, analyzing project briefs, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain senior-level client contacts on a daily basis.
• Proactively address client marketing needs and provide added value through effective communication.
• Analyze project briefs, architectural drawings, and client feedback to produce creative briefs for the production team.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure the delivery of competent 3D walkthroughs and AV films.
• Provide well-documented input and support data to creative and production teams.
• Ensure that creative strategies are clearly defined, approved by clients, and understood by architectural groups.
• Review and approve all important documentation and deliverables before they are sent to clients.
• Coordinate and authorize quotations for client approval and assist in the preparation of client invoices.
• Ensure prompt collection of account receivables and manage accounts within given limits.
• Write client contact reports and review important developments with relevant account executives and directors of client services.
• Prepare month-end overviews of client activities, monthly revenue forecasts, and plans for future account development.

Requirements

Skills:

• Knowledge of 3D Max is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with a focus on solution-driven customer service.
• Proficiency in tracking and reporting across clients and their projects.
• Expertise in business communication skills with proficiency in presentation applications such as PowerPoint and Keynote.
• Excellent bilingual skills are a plus.
