Responsibilities: Customer Support II Technical Support
• Providing technical support to the customers via different modes i.e.
telephonic, chat, email, etc
• Installing and configuring hardware and software
• Interacting with customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
• Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and
cold calls
