Role : 1) Day to day pre and post sales customer support across different time zones 2) Able to understand the technical issues and find solution 3) Work with the Technology provider for higher level problem resolution 4) Will report day to day to the Technical Manager on the status of the activity 5) Update customer on the issues on the in ticketing system 6) Will work with in country sales team for Proof of concept 7) Good written and verbal communication skills Technical Skills: Understanding of the IT infrastructure , IP PBX , VOIP , IP networks . Understanding Cloud like AWS will be added advantage . Any previous experience on Avaya , Cisco or any other PBX system . Worked on the SBC and GW from Ribbon , Sangoma , Audio codes . Products : Microsoft Teams , Zoom and any contact center products Experince : 4 7 years experience Location : Noida or Bangalore ( No work from Home ) Education : Diploma or Degree ( electronics & Telecom )
