JD:
- Conducting telephonic or video interviews
- Shortlisting Candidates and Sending Job Description to match client’s requirement.
- Taking Follow Up for Interviews.
- Convincing candidates to enroll with our services.
- Prepare monthly and daily report.
- Assist candidates to prepare client’s Interview.
- Monitoring and reviewing human capital analytics to evaluate the efficacy of new policies.
- Generating analytic reports and presentations for feedback to management.
- Ensuring that the operations and activities of the workforce are efficient and in the best interest of the company goals.
- Assisting with the recruitment and training of new employees.
- Presenting training sessions related to specific HR programs.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
