Responsibilities for Troubleshoot Technician
- Technical Support Executive are IT support specialists that assist clients with software issues. Their job is to provide remote technical assistance including the setting up of computer, printers, Alexa, routers etc. and installing and upgrading software, and troubleshooting basic IT issues.
- Must have knowledge of windows, office 365.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Ability to install, test and troubleshoot.
- Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently without much supervision.
- Ability to effectively manage time.
- 1+ Years of experience preferred.
- Freshers must have basic knowledge of computer.
- Work experience with international clients(US &CANADA) is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
