Job Details

Eligibility:
• Good communication, Active listener and Soft skills.
• Should be comfortable with Inbound voice process.
• Language: English/Hindi/ Any other known language would be add on.
Responsibilities
• Have to assist clients through Call/Email/Ticket and assist with trading and accounting queries.
• Ensure end to end resolution is provided to the customer,
• Need to follow up on pending cases.
• Should be a driver for CSAT, FCR.
Requirement / Skill:
• Good communication, Active listener and Soft skills,
• Should be able to handle Objection from customer
• Quick Learner, ability to express and explain Process Knowledge.
• Should be comfortable with calling process.
• Candidates from Customer Service are preferred.
• Graduate — Any specialization with Stock Market Knowledge/Preferred from commerce background.
• Fresher’s can apply.
• Language: English/Hindi/ Any other known language would be add on.
