We are looking for an IT Executive who should have an IT-Hardware and Networking knowledge. The executive will be responsible for day to day IT Hardware and Networking issues to give the solution within timeline Job.

Location: S G Highway Ahmedabad

Job Timings: 10AM to 7PM (Alternate Saturday Holiday)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Software Installation like Tally, Adobe Etc.
• Antivirus Knowledge, Firewall,Quickheal Knowledge
• To do work as per assign by Reporting Manager
• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with colleagues, customers and other professionals, such as software developers
• MS office knowledge like ppt, excel and words is must
• Windows installation, repair and backup
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and application
• Monitoring and proactively maintaining computer systems and networks
• Replacing parts as required
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Talking staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
• Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
• Testing and evaluating new technology
• Ensure that the security of company data is consistent with stated standards and best practices.
• Maintaining documentation and hardware/software registers
• Troubleshooting hardware and network problems
• Troubleshooting printer problems & Working with network printers
• Providing telephonic troubleshooting

Skills Requirements:

• Should have good knowledge of IT-Hardware and Networking
• Should be able to read and write English
• Should be familiar with working on MS office.

Qualifications:

• Preferred IT (B.Tech/BCA) or Bachelor’s/Master’s in Information Management System , Engineering or in IT systems or Any Graduate
• Fresher to 1 Year Experience
