Job Description
Ensure that Guest Data is there from each Hotel. In case of Hotel executive is on leave, ORM team has to extract data on its own from Dashboards of OTAs.
Match Guest Data inflow from respective team with Hotel Bookings & report differences if any.
Guest Data Calling Guest data and seeking review on multiple platforms.
Responding to reviews on all the platforms.
Highlighting negative and also positive reviews to Hotel management.
Responding with apology mails on each Hotel.
Other work as assigned from time to time.
