- Should have Knowledge of Recruitment Life cycle Process till Onboarding
- Should be Passionate about recruitment.
- Should be able to work in flexible timings and working over week ends.
- work Location –Perungudi, Chennai
- willing to work independently should have good understanding of direct sourcing.
- willing to work on Volume and Bulk Hiring
- Managing Stake Holders
- Should have understanding of Offer Release to Onboarding
- Should have Good Understanding of tools like Excel, word and PPT
