Roles and Responsibilities
Daily/Monthly HR report preparation and submission to HR Head & Project Head. (Like Employees daily attendance Contract & Direct Labor / Manpower Planning / Mess diet report And Other required report etc.
Exit formalities of leaving employees. Exit interviews, analysis and action plan. Ensuring discipline in company by controlling late coming and absenteeism.
Ensuring proper upkeep of time office related records.
Ensuring statutory compliance to all the applicable labor laws like ESIC, PF Act, Welfare Fund, Factories Act, Contract labor Act. Close Liaison with government official of concerned departments like Labor Department, Director of Factories, ESIC Office, etc
