About job
The University Relationship Leader you are responsible for :
-Heading the various campus programs for various Technology and Engineering hiring.
-Involve in leading the talent acquisition projects for hirings. Head the entire campus recruitment function and build the roadmap for the hiring process.
-Excellent Knowledge and skills in Account Management, Recruitment, Social Media Hiring, Campus Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
-Experienced in designing & implementing Talent Acquisition Strategies for fresh talent from top tier colleges
-Leading the Campus Hiring and University Relations through a series of campus programs to build a strong employer brand and university connect.
-Travel during peak recruiting cycles
-Translate the global campus and hiring targets for each business into recruitment strategies and implement these strategies to meet the needs of the businesses
-Create and closely monitor campus recruitment metrics and make the necessary adjustments to our approach and investments as a result
Qualifications:
12+ years of recruiting experience required, preferably both in corporate and agency environments
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and solve problems
Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Understanding of recruiting metrics, report development and analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well with all levels of the organization
Strong relationship-building skills
Proven negotiations and influencing skills
