Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
  • Manage information flow in accurate manner.
  • Manage calendars and set up meetings.
  • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.
  • Format information for internal and external communication such as memos, emails and presentations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should have good communication skills and a pleasing personality.
  • Must be a graduate with 0-3 years of work experience.
  • Should be confident and capable of handling day to day office work
  • Should be Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel,Word,Power Point).
  • Doing research, collecting data and making reports whenever required.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Coordinating workflow and maintaining a productive work environment.
  • Having knowledge about Photoshop will be a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
