LOCATION:-Jasola, Near Apollo Metro, Okhla
COMPANY:-Healthtrip enables users to find and avail the best medical treatment across India, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE and Turkey, including booking flights, hotels, interpreters and getting teleconsults, medicine delivery and medical loans. Healthtrip is also launching a cross-border health insurance in Bangladesh which will offer coverage on international treatments.
Job Description:
Healthtrip, a leading provider of medical tourism services, is seeking a dedicated Query Handler to join our dynamic team. The Query Handler will play a pivotal role in efficiently addressing inquiries from clients regarding medical tourism services, ensuring timely responses, maintaining excellent relationships with hospital teams, and coordinating appointments with doctors.
Responsibilities:
Timely Query Response: Respond promptly to inquiries from clients regarding medical tourism services, ensuring all queries are addressed within stipulated time frames.
Coordination with Hospital Team: Collaborate closely with hospital teams to provide accurate information to clients, coordinate appointments, and facilitate seamless communication between clients and healthcare providers.
Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hospital teams to ensure smooth coordination and enhance the overall client experience.
Efficient Appointment Management: Work closely with doctors and hospital staff to schedule appointments for clients, ensuring all appointments are arranged within the specified time frame.
Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between clients and healthcare providers to address any issues or concerns related to appointments, medical services, or accommodations, ensuring swift resolution and client satisfaction.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client inquiries, interactions, and appointment details. Generate reports as required to track query handling performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively addressing client queries and coordinating with hospital teams.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, hospital teams, and healthcare providers.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in appointment scheduling, documentation, and communication with clients and hospital teams.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Medical Knowledge: Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures is preferred, with the ability to liaise effectively with doctors and healthcare professionals.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, procedures, and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Management, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the healthcare or medical tourism industry.
Proficiency in relevant software applications for query handling, appointment scheduling, and data management.
