General Summary:

QIPL PCIE SW team is looking to hire a Staff engineer with good academic background and excellent technical capabilities. He should Responsibilities • Understand the existing PCIE SW drivers • Develop new driver SW to add support for new PCIE HW features • Work with global SW, design and architecture teams to understand and add SW support for new PCIE features • Maintain current PCIE SW with bug fixes and enhancements • Interface with hardware verification and SW test teams Preferred qualifications • Proficient in the C programming language • Deep understanding of kernel device driver concepts • High-level OS device driver development experience • Good understanding of PCIE protocol basics • Experience in using Lecroy PCIE analyzer (not mandatory). Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelors/Masters in Engineering, preferably Computer Science discipline. Work Experiences: 9 -12 years of Software Engineering Prior work experience in PCIE is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

OR

Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

• 2+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
