• Acquisition of new franchisees through leads and open market
• Drive the complete business operations and take a strategic decision for growth
• Build and lead a team with business development, sales, and marketing
• Create a strategy and master plan to generate franchise partner leads for a city/state
• Create and execute plans to drive business growth for partners
• Setup up system, and process to gauge the success of franchise partner
