Job Description:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
. 8 to 12 years of hands on experience in ABAP development
. Strong Knowledge in Forms (SAP Scripts / Smart Forms/Adobe Forms), Reports (ALV / Classical), Interfaces
(ALE/IDOC, BAPI), Conversions (LSMW/BDC), Enhancements (User Exits, BADI, Enhancement Spots), Object Oriented
ABAP.
. Should have done at least 1 SAP Implementation / Rollout projects and minimum 2-3 support projects
. Familiarity on the basic business processes with any of the following Functional Areas:
1. SAP Financials (FI/CO/PS)
2. SAP Logistics (SD/MM/ PP/PM)
3. SAP HR
NICE TO HAVE:
. Knowledge on any of the below technologies
– SAP Workflow
– SAP BODS
– SAP HANA
– SAP PI
– Fiori
ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Understand client requirements, provide solutions and implement technical components accordingly.
. Ability to create Technical Documents and Unit Test documents for the technical solutions being implemented.
. Excellent Communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills as a Consultant
. In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP
implementation:
. Unit Testing, Integration Testing
. User Support activities
. Exposure to ASAP and other structured implementation methodologies
. Regularly interact with the onsite team/client
. Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls
. Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client
. Excellent Communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills as a Consultant and play key role in implementations from
Blue print to Go-Live
. Should be open to travel as per requirement. Candidate should be open to work in any shift based on support project
need. PRACTICE SPECIFIC:
. Required to deliver knowledge training sessions, publish white papers on his/her core skills, mentor team members,
understand SAP’s global business trends, new product releases and acquire knowledge in new dimension tools by self-
learning or attending internal/external trainings.
