Pureprofile is Looking for IT Support, India Full Time

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Managing logged tickets via the IT ticketing system, ensuring queries are resolved within SLA
• Providing in-person support to India users as required, ensuring they are dealt with in a calm and empathetic manner
• Providing remote support to the rest of the global business where required
• Desktop support for our Mac and Windows devices including hardware repairs
• Support in delivery of IT infrastructure to remote teams
• Managing our IT infrastructure – including troubleshooting network and telephony issues- and liaising with our office and building management as required
• Assisting with documentation for company audits where required
• Undertaking & leading IT related projects as required

This is a perfect opportunity for an enthusiastic self-starter to gain experience in IT support. You will:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in similar field
• Have a natural interest in and passion for IT
• Enterprise working experience with GSuite (highly desirable)
• Have a good understanding, and troubleshooting skills to MacOS & Windows (highly desirable)
• Be a service-oriented person, dedicated to helping others navigate the world of technology
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have excellent organisation skills
• Have worked in an ISO 27001 accredited environment
• Be a team player at heart who isn’t afraid to help out when needed

SHIFT TIMINGS:

• Australian and UK Shift coverage. (Either rotational or overlapping shift)

WORK LOCATION:

• Mumbai, you will be required to Work from Office

CONTRACT PERIOD:

The contract period for this role will be either 3 or 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on business requirements.
