Designation – Sub Inspector of Agriculture

Educational Qualification

  • Should have passed the Senior Secondary Part II Examination from a recognized University or Institution and should possess two years Diploma in Agriculture from the Punjab Agriculture University ; or 
  • Should possess Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture from a recognized University or Institution.
Age Limit
  • Candidates with an age limit between 18 to 37 years old as on 1st January 2022 are eligible to apply .

Consolidated Salary

  •  Rs.25500/- (Level 4)

Selection Process

  • The competitive examination will be conducted for the candidates who have applied for the PSSSB Recruitment .

  • The last date to pay the online fee  –  25th January 2023

Conditions for disqualifying a candidate:

Disqualify the candidate in any of the following situations by declaring him/her ineligible will be given:
(I) Non-receipt of full fee or non-deposit of fee as per prescribed procedure,
  (II) Filling incomplete or incorrect information in the application form,
  (III) Failure to complete the online booking process;
(iv) having been declared ineligible by the Subordinate Services Selection Board or any other body,
(V) non-fulfilment of academic qualification, age, reservation or other conditions of recruitment,
(VI) To book online at the Board’s website https://sssb.punjab.gov.in
To replace by any other means.
(VII) If any candidate applies against such category/code for the said posts is, in which no vacancy of the category has been included in the advertisement.
