As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project activities for delivering new product innovations in packaged food products as per clients brief, within agreed timelines.
What you will do:
– Being the key point of contact for the client on project related matters
– Being responsible of OTIF & FTR delivery of innovations, value improvement projects, and quality improvement projects, as requested by the clients
– Partnering with packaging developers, other functional team leads and members, and/or business delivery head, to deliver the innovations adhering to the highest standards of quality, both by design and by delivery, across the chain and also ensuring full compliance to the Legal and Regulatory norms, prevailing in the country
– Working with cross-functional teams, to identify suitable solutions and arriving at optimum specifications for FG, both on cost and performance terms
What you need to have:
– Qualification as a Food Scientist/Technologist/Engineer or Biotechnologist from any institute with reputation
– 4-5 years of hands-on experience in product development for NPD projects, margin improvement, and quality management of packaged food products in a reputed R&D setup/ Confectionery/ Food/ Beverages/ Functional foods
– Prior experience in leading product development projects end to end, from ideation to commercialization at factory scale
– High customer orientation
– Ability to bring out the best ideas for the benefit of the brand
