Immediate Required Customer Care Executive for CAB/TAXI company

· Agent should have the ability to handle Chat, social media & Inbound calls.

· The operational would be live 365/366 days in calendar year with rotational week off.

· Shift Timing would be 9:30PM to 06:30AM

· Education qualification – Minimum 12 Pass.

· Language Required – Tamil/Telegu/Kannada/Hindi

· Salary – 17.5K (Freshers), Negotiable for Experienced.

· Location – Bangalore

Scope: –

• In CC Agents will resolve customer’s queries and complaints through Inbound Calls
• In CC Agents will resolve Customer’s queries and complaints through chat and Tickets
• In Redeem Agents will do fraud check in system and release the payments into captain’s account
• In ORM Agents will resolve captain/Customer queries and complaints on social media platforms
• In ERT Agents will resolve Customers emergency queries and complaints on live orders through Inbound calls and Tickets .
