Fresher Back Office Operations Jobs Description :
Ø Candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi, with basic knowledge of MS–Excel.
Ø Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Ø Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Ø Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase
Ø Will be helping to monitor and comply with the various process in the Company in our hotels.
Ø Has to follow up with different task assigned persons on status of tasks and job completion.
Ø Has to follow up & coordinate with different task assigned persons on status of different data requirements
Ø Has to follow up & coordinate with different task assigned persons on status of tasks and job completion & status of task completion extended timelines.
Ø Has to input all the required inputs in the prescribed formats as per the timelines.
Ø Coordinate and work closely with MIS Executive/CRM executive and submit all reports as required.
Ø Should be fluent in English and hindi, with basic knowledge of excel.
Ø He/she will have to pitch in the company to let the vendor associate and contract with the company.
Ø Fill up the vendor registration template on data needed from the vendor to see if the vendor is eligible to get associated with the brand
Ø Coordinates with the senior technical person for scheduling meeting the vendors.
Ø Coordinates with the senior technical person for scheduling visit to the vendor office and checking on prerequisites.
Ø On finalization of the vendor does all the contract documents execution and sign up and updating of database
