Job Description:

• Must have excellent sourcing skill, screening the profiles, finding suitable candidate for client requirements.

• Should be a go getter, must be capable of handling all kind of IT related JD’s

• Must have ability to get Sure shot selects and excellent skills in interacting with the candidate on call.

• Effectively Use Job Portals/ Networking & Referrals Use Job boards (Naukri, Times jobs, Monster), LinkedIn and other professional websites/portals, all kind of online platform for recruitment.

• Understand Resource Requirements Work proactively on end to end recruitment for hiring for our Clients by utilizing effective tools for sourcing, selection and on boarding. * Manage Resource Talent Pool Source candidates through networking * Hands on experience in job postings, mass mailing, coordination with clients and candidate

Job Types: Fresher, Full-time

Salary: From ₹300,000.00 per year
