Role and Responsibilities:
- Resolves customer query/complaints/problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, escalating unresolved problems
- Should be able to manage customer and vendor queries without being biased, adaptive and quick learner.
Skills required:
- Minimum 6-month customer service (inbound Exp.),
- Fresher with great communication is also welcomed.
- Regional Language would be great.
