About The Role:
PocketATM is looking for highly motivated individuals to manage calls from customers. If you love setting a vision, pushing projects forward to deliver timely and effective results, and solving problems in a detailed manner.
On our Customer Support team, we focus on providing a seamless experience to our customers in usage of the PocketATM platform, along with attaining and solving customer grievances.
Job Responsibilities:
- Should have excellent communication skills- English
- Working on designing the customer service process and overseeing the same to suggest modifications, as and when required.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to the attention of the team.
- Designing and conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the management.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Candidate should be Flexible for Shift
- 6 Days working
- Fresher & Experience both can apply

- 6 Months Contract role
- 9 Hour of the Day, 8 hrs work and 1 Hour Break

Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate from any stream.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A strong problem-solver with experience to drive decisions
