This role is responsible for partnering with Global Capability Leads and service delivery teams to identify standardization, simplification, optimization, and automation opportunities for continuous productivity Level or Level Range
Responsibilities

Culture & Capability – Promoting a culture of Lean and Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement and Ideation + Management of a healthy Continuous Improvement pipeline. PEX ideas/ project mentoring
Performance Management– Ownership of GBS 2.0 metrics, Deploying PEX Controls & Operational Excellence starting in DG2, Governance and monitoring all Functional governance metrics, Visual Management & Gemba facilitation
Process Improvement & Transformation – Drive Process Improvements- including identification, prioritization and execution, Gemba walks and Kaizen Workshops, Ownership of process transformation and low code automation pipeline, Value capture and communication to stakeholders, Fix & Shift/ Design support
PEX Opportunity Execution – Accountable for ensuring that opportunities are implemented / pulling in the right parties for support (PEX COE, ESM, DF)

• Digital Acumen: Ability to identify digital opportunities in the area of work and understand the relevant digital technologies that can contribute to more efficient and effective processes and outcomes

Experience:

• 9 – 15 years of overall experience with 6-8 years of experience within the relevant function experience within consumer industry(preferred)

• Proven experience in managing large-scale transformation/consolidation programs with strong change management skills
