Reporting to the EMEA Head of People Business Partnering, the People Business Partner (PBP) and Strategic Staffing Manager for Dubai acts as a trusted and integral part of the Middle East leadership team. The role is also responsible for contributing to EMEA and global projects.
The PBP role involves collaborating with the leadership team to shape the local people strategy. The role works within a global matrix structure ensuring balance between the global, local market and wider team demands. An integrated approach to the following people activities is essential to embed a culture and working practices that support our strategy – performance management, talent management, career development, succession planning, training, coaching and mentoring, headcount planning, engagement, reward and diversity & inclusion.
This role will also manage all local Strategic Staffing responsibilities balancing client demands with consultants’ individual development needs. You will be part of an experienced EMEA Strategic Staffing team and report to the Head of EMEA Strategic Staffing on all Dubai staffing related issues and trends.
Overall, the role-holder will need to be a committed and team orientated individual, who combines high emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.They will thrive in a reactive fast-paced environment, be comfortable managing conflicting priorities and have the gravitas to influence a team of challenging senior stakeholders.
