Responsibilities and Duties

• Inbound Chat, Calls handling for Opportunity
• Closure of Opportunity via online Signup, Quotation, or any other online or offline media
• Managing posts for online products/services for any opportunity
• Intelligent and Hardworking fresher’s are welcome.
• Must have good written skills (English).
• Good communication skills ( English)
• The candidate should be active.
• Data Entry / Back Office Executive / E-Mail and Chat Process.
• Basic Knowledge of MS Office.
• Website data management for clients.
• Managing portals for products and services.
• Opportunity to closure management via CRM and HRM.
• Running day-to-day tasks related to the projects.
• Reporting for all Closures of opportunity to leads and Conversions.
