Job Description
Role – Paid Media Specialist
Designation – Manager/Sr. Manager
Department Corporate Marketing & Social Governance
Purpose of Job Manage & Execute Paid marketing Campaigns to drive Leadgen with a focus on lead quality and scale. (Manage execution independently)
Job Responsibilities
– Execute & provide strategic inputs on Performance Marketing activities for the company, including building and creating ad campaigns, devising ad campaigns for lead-generation with an emphasis on running digital ads on Facebook, Google, YouTube.
– Roll out new types of lead-gen activities. Coordinate offline advertising when necessary with ability to measure progress of physical ads.
– Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and report regularly against goals
– Manage App Install campaigns, App Store page reviews and outcome
– Plan, execute, and measure A/B experiments and conversion tests. Identify trends and insights, and optimize for spend and performance
– Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
– Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify areas of improvement and implement effective changes to improve the overall outcome.
Qualifications
– BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
– 4-6 years of demonstrable experience with Performance Marketing (Minimum 3 years of hands-on execution)
– Hands on experience running setting up & managing Search, Youtube, Discovery, Perfmax, Facebook campaigns individually
– Experience on App campaigns – UAC, Affiliates & Facebook app ads
– Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
– Experience with A/B testing on creatives, LP and multivariate experiments
– Solid knowledge of advertising tools and resources e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, Meta/Google Ads
– Excellent analytical skills and in-depth knowledge in digital marketing to think through the user journeys and optimize communication on all touchpoints
Other Requirements – Be a collaborative team player with good communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work with minimum supervision.
– Organized, detail-oriented and careful in approach to new strategies
– Must have a data-driven approach to problem-solving & Intermediate Excel skills to manage Analysis & Reporting
