Job Description – Jr. Recruiter

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers, organizations, and individuals to define and close necessary requirements for open roles
- Send recruiting emails/messages to passive candidates and follow up when necessary
- Browse resume databases and portfolio sites
- Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates
- Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data
- Keep in touch with past applicants
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient with Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Education and Experience
BSc degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field 1-3 years experience in the industry
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
