Designation: Sales Representative

Job Summary:
Speak to customers, either face to face or over the phone
Search/Research over the internet new customers and clients, cold calling, personally visit the market to find potential customers. Profiling of customers to ascertain their needs
Candidate is expected to keep themselves abreast with the latest trends in the software markets, hardware systems and peripherals
Achieve Monthly, Quarterly sales targets along with individual and organizational KRA, lead generation and closures. Takes orders over the phone and in person
Advises customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate computer configurations, provide technical support after merchandise is sold
Construct sales pitches and presentations, negotiate price for the sale
Travel to areas where needs are projected and to find new customers
Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties
Demo of software before a sale, help customers maximize the use of software features
Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers’ systems and processes.
Develop contacts & working relationships in the government sector which should further result in sale of our products
