1.Develop long term partnership with Oracle University customers to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment in our learning solutions.2.Deliver on an exceptional Learning experience with proactive communication with Training Administrators, orchestrating the right internal resources, and effectively using CSM process to track and complete customer learning goals.3.Ensure customers continues/renews our Learning Subscriptions.4.Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between the customer and Oracle University delivery and product development teams.5.Identify product expansion/up sell opportunities.6.Identify Renewal risk, and work with extended internal teams to create and complete get well plans.
